My letter of June 6,1977, provided report BAW-1437, June,1977 " Analysis of Capsule OC11-C from Duke Power Company Oconee Unit 2 Reactor Vessel Riterials Survefilance Program".
Several minor errors have been identified in that report.
Please find attached 40 copies of an errata for this report.

Last Paragraph: Change to insert underlined words in place of those now in the text; should then read as follows:
All test specimens were machined from the 1/4-thickness location of the shell forging. Charpy V-notch and tensile specimens from the vessel ma-terial were oriented with their longitudinal axes parallel to the principal working direction of the forgings; the specimens were also otiented trans-verse to the principal working direction. Capsule OCII-C contained dosim-eter wires, described as follows:
