I 422.1 Your FSAR (p.12-8d) and your procedures (p.A-4) state

I that until the Emergency Operations Center in Walhalla is established and manned during a General Emergency,' your Shift Supervisor will assume responsibility for the pro-tection of the general public in the low population zone.

P. lease provide copies of written agreements which demonstrate such authorities delegated to you.

422.2 Provide copies of written agreements with all Tocal and State (13.3)

Agencies with whom you plan to inteiface in the event of a General Emergency. As a minimum please provide copies of your agreements reached with the South Carolina Highway Patrol and with the Pickens and Oconee County Civil Defense Agencies, Boards of Education and Sheriff's Departments; such documents should outline the planned responses of these agencies.

I 422.3 Please provide copies of your written agreements with local (13.3) ambulance services, local physicians and a local hospital (0conee Memorial), upon whom services would be drawn in the event of a medical emergency involving injured and radio-actively contaminated plant personnel.
