Dear Mr. Case:
Pursuant to 10CFR40, 550.90, please find attached a proposed change to the Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specifications.
'"his change revises sections of the Auxiliary Electrical Systems and Emergency Power Periodic Testing Technical Specifications.
The limiting conditions for operation and the surveillance requirements for the 125 VDC distribution systems have been revised to closely conform to Standard Technical Specification, NUREG-0103 Revision 1.
Additionally. Specification 3.7.2 has been revised to provide flexibility in the operation of the DC power distribution systems and to improve the AC power distribution specifiestions.
Specification 4.6.9 centains a con-serv tive value for specific gravity (1.200) which may be reduced, depending on the results of future testing to be made with degraded battery cells.
