Muc!4ar Emrgy Licbility Insurance NUCLEA2 ENERGY LIA31LITY INSURANCE ASSOCIATION IUCREASE OF LIMIT OF LIABILITY ENDORSEMENT It is agreed that:

1. The limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the declarations of the policy is amended to read $73,625,000.

This amended limit applies with respect to obligations assumed or expenses incurred because of bodily injury or property damage caused, during the period from the ef fective date of this endorsement to the date of termination of the policy, by the nucicar energy hazard.

2. The limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the declarations and the acended limit of liability stated in paragraph 1 above shall not be cumulative, and each payment made by the companies a f ter the ef fective da te of this endorsement for any loss or expense covered by the policy shall reduce by the amount of such payment both the limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the declarations and the amended limit stated in paragraph 1 above, regardless of which limit of liability applies with respect to the bodily injury or property damage out of which such loss or expense arises.

Delivery of such written notice shall be equivalent to mailing. If the named insured cancels. the earned premium for this binder shall be computed in accordance with the customary short rate table and procedures; provided, if the named insured cancels after kno::- ledge of bodily injury or property damage caused by the nuclear energy hazard, all premiums theretofore paid or payable shall be . fully earned. If Underwriters cancel, the earned premium for this binder shall be computed pro rata.
