Transmitted herewith are sixty (60) copies of a Babcock & Wilcox PROPRIETARY report, BAW-1399, "0conee 3 Fuel Densification Report".
This report togethec with Babcock & Wilcox PROPRIETARY Topical Report BAW-10054, Revision 2, present the specific results for the Oconee 3 cycle 1 fuel and support operation of this plant at rated power (2568 MWt).
Ihis report will be incorporated by Duke Power Company into its license appli-cation by separate letter.
Babcock & Wilcox tequests that this report be treated as proprietary in nature because we have independently conducted studies to investigate the extent and effects of fuel densification.
Disclosure of this information would provide knowledgeable individuals with information which would impair B&W's competitive position in this area.
