hereby move for an extention of time until the 25th day of August, 1980, in which to file exceptions to the February 22, 1980, partial initial decision in the above matter for the reason that the Intervenors have filed a motion to reconsider or to reopen the record in the above matter on the basis of a Petition to Intervene and Affidavit filed by David Springer and that these matters should be resolved before the undersigned has to file exceptions or go forward with an appeal, and in f act, s

the resolution of the Petition to Intervene and motion of the Intervenor uay make the appeal unnecessary or change its content.

WHEREFORE, the Intervenor prays that the time for filing exceptions be extended at least until the 25th day of August or thereafter.
