Docket No. 70-1966 Tennessee Valley Authority The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) hereby request a renewal of its special nuclear material (SNM) license, SNM-1526, dated June 2, 1975.
SNM-1526 will expire April 30, 1980.
This license authorizes the possession of byproduct, source, and SNM in packages approved pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71 in private carriage from TVA licensed facilities and from a carrier's terminal.to TVA licensed facilities.
Enclosed is an updated list of TVA's corporate organization. All other conditions of the license remain the same.
In accordance with 10 CFR 170.11(a)3, an amendment fee is not required.
