STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Excessive Hydrostatic Pressure Under the Essential Coolina Pond On March 28, 1980, Houston Lighting & Power Company notified your office of a potential deficiency involving excessive hydrostatic pressure under the essential cooling pond. The determination has been made that this event does not meet the criteria of 10 CFR 50.55(e) and therefore is not reportable.
