This confirms the discussion on May 19, 1980 between Mr. W. Segersell and Mr. E. Gallagher of this office to meet with members of your staff on May 30, 1980, in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The meeting will begin at 9:30 AM in the Region III office at 799 Roosevelt Road. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the findings of your investigation into the material failure of the Byron contain-1 ment post-tensioning system anchor heads and the remedial action to be taken.
