Based on information provided by tne ONRR staff as a result of a prelimir.ary review of your request, it has been detcrmincd that the presosed actica involvc-consideration of a safety issue requiring a Class III fee of $4,000. Therefore, it is requested that $2,800 be remitted to this office promptly.
If the final review of your request by the ONRR staff reveals that this fee is incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
