Uhen the opera tors perf ormcd HUP 10'io, surveillance checks,:

it was discovered that Tech. Spec. Section 4.6.1.1.b-1, which j

states that the pritaary con tainLcat purge sys tela is not-oper--

ating for > 1% of'the time during which primary contairnaent integrity is required, was violated.

The purge was i iumedintely secured upon this discovery.

The purge system was operated for

_ 4 hours4.62963e-5 days <br />0.00111 hours <br />6.613757e-6 weeks <br />1.522e-6 months <br /> which slightly exceeded the.1% limit.

It vos calculated to be 1.35%
