Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of Revision 1 to License Change Application (LCA) 20.
This license change is in response to a written Commission request for an application to provide increased operational flexibility to deal with steam generator tube corrosion. Although this change qualifies as a Type III amendment, it was initially submitted prior to the effective date of 10 CFR 170; thus, no fee is required.
This change was reviewed by the Oregon Department of Energy prior to submittal to the Commission.
They do not have any comments concerning this proposal.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for this revision to LCA 20 to the Chief Executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
