.: :1 pf David White, M. D.

Health Officer of Lane County Department of Comunity Health and Social Services 399 East 10th Avenue Eugene, Oregon 97401

Dear Dr. White:

This refers to your letter to Chainnan Ahearne of April 8,1980, and to a telephone conversation between Charles Tramell, NRC Project Manager for the Trojan facility, and Tina Amber of your staff on April 28, 1980.

Enclosed is a technical report which discusses the possible impact of -

Mount St. Helens on the Trojan Nuclear Plant which Mr. Trammell promised to send to you. The report is in the form of an affidavit which was filed with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the Trojan spent fuel pool proceeding.

I believe that the balance of your questions were answered on the telephone.

If you wish further information, please let us know.

Sincerely,

. 17

Harold R. Denton, Director Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation
