Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Chi <nge Request No. 86 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59 and 10 CFR 50.90, Jersey Central Power &
Light Company, owner and operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclcar Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, request changes to Appendix A of that license.
Pursuant to your memo dated April 10, 1980 concerning Limiting Conditions for Operation, Section 3.0 (Limiting Conditions for Operation (General)) will be added to the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Technical Specifications.
The Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved by the Station Superintedent, the Plant Operations Review Committee, and an Independent Safety Review Group in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
We have determined that this subnittal is Class II per 10 CFR 170.22 and have enclosed a check for $1,200 pursuant to that section.
