The following is offered as a supplemental response to Deviation A in Inspection Report Numbers 30-321/80-02 and 50-366/80-02:
A retro-fit inspection will be conducted by Georgia Power Company Quality Control personnel of all sprinkler system valves and a representa-tive sample of associated piping, spray heads, and hangers to verify that they are of the design, type, size, etc., specified in design drawings or procurement documents. Representative samples will include not less than 10% of the items installed, and the inspection will be conducted only on those systems installed per commitments referenced in Table 3 of the Hatch Fire Protection Evaluation. Appropriate test results will be obtained for these sprinkler systems. This inspection will be completed by June 24, 1980.
