Thank you for your letter of March 31, 1980, in response to our letter dated February 28, 1980. As discussed with you during a telephone conversation on April 8,1980, I understand that you have not received the new Material Review Form from the printer, therefore, the delay in the implementation of the corrective action to preclude recurrence.
I also understand that after the fonns have been received you will fina-lize a procedure to explair. the form and it's use, and you will also hold training sessions with appropriate personnel to describe their responsibilities and authority relative to the implementation of the specified requirements.
4 We have no further questions at this time. We will review your corrective action during a future inspection.
