Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Toledo Edison Company Docket No. 50-346 Based on the inspection conducted on March 26-28, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
This item is a deficiency.
Quality Assurance Procedure (QAP) #2180 states, as a minimum each af fected external and internal organization shall be audited for compliance with the appropriate 10 CFR 50, Appendix B Criteria, NRC Regulatory Guides and ANSI Standards at least annually, or once during the lifetime of the activity, whichever is shorter.
Contrary to the above, the Technical Section was not audited specifically for nuclear fuel management activities, during the calendar year 1978.
