For receipt, possession, inspection and storage and for the-packaging of fuel for delivery to a carrier in accordance with the statements, representations and conditions specified in the licensee's application dated October 3,1977, the supplement dated October 16, 1979, except that this amend:sent does not authorize dry storage of fuel in the spent fuel pool.
