Based on the inspection conducted on December 19-21, 1979, it appears that certain of your activites were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. -This item is an infraction.
Environmental Technical Specification 2.4.3 requires that the contents of
'the reutralizing tank shall be controlled so that discharges from the tank shall h Ta a pH value of not less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5.
Contrary to the above requirement, on October 7, 1979, a neutralizing tank batch was released with a pH of 11.65.
