1 The inspection involved 37 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in all areas examined during the inspection, except for the following two items:
1 1.
Licensee failed to maintain an updated FNMC Plan.
A resubmittal of a completely revised FNMC Plan is due on April 30, 1980 (Unresolved -
80-04-01).
2.
Licensee was not localizing losses as prescribed by the FNMC Plan.
Licensee will change FNMC Plan to correspond with current method used to localize losses (Unresolved 04-02).
