1.
The licensee shall obtain all information from the foreign exporter y
necessary to complete the shipper's porti'on of Fom NRC-741, " Nuclear 3
, Material Transactions Report."
If the licensee is the receiver of tiie y
material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's infonmation 3
on the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to 'Section 70.54 of 10 CFR Part 70.
If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall y
provide the shipper's information to the receiver of the material for 3
inclusion on the receiver's Fonn NRC-741.

The licensee shall notify the appropriate regional Safeguards Branch, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, immediately, by telephone or-O telegram, if entry of any import shipment authorized by this license
