which they are being provided:

1.

The enclosed computer printout will only be made available to, and reviewed by, members of the staff of the Special Inquiry Group.

No copics will be made of any portion of the printout.

If handwritten notes containing individual names and radiation exposures are prepared for working purposes, such notes will be destroyed as soon as practicable.

2.

While in the custody of the Special Inquiry Group, these records will be treated as confidential information and measures will be taken to prevent their disclosure to gnauthorized persons.

3.

The enclosed printout will be returned to me by messenger within ten (10) working days of the date of this letter.

4.

No report, memorandum or other communication issued by the Special Inquiry Group will contain information identifying any of the individuals listed in the enclosed records and the levels' of radiation exposure received by them, except where such information is already available on the public record.
