Dear Mr. Purple:
As requested by your letter of December 27, 1974, you are hereby notified that the re-evaluation of ECCS performance required by paragraph 1 of Section III of the Order for Modification of License for Oconee Nuclear Station will be submitted not later than July 9, 1975. Also, with regard to this matter, paragraph 2 of Section 2.4 of the Safety Evaluation Report enclosed with your December 27, 1974 letter states that Duke has been, or is being, requested to provide certain information relating to the contain-ment backpressure calculation.
It is our understanding that this item has been resolved and that the Staff requires no further information.
