Dear Mr. Moseley:
Your letter of December 17, 1976 trans=itted OIE Circular 76-07 concern-ing inadequate perfor=ance by reactor operating and support staff me=bers.
In accordance with your request, a review of the programs which assure that me=bers of our reactor operating and support staff are complying with the safety procedures in effect at Oconee Nuclear Station and are aware of safety related incidents that have occurred at Oconee and similar facilities, has been conducted.
It is our belief that our program ade-quately addresses and reviews the implementation of all procedures and assures staff awareness of relevent incidents.
