Dear Mr. Moseley:
Your letter of October 8, 1976 transmitted OIE Circular 76-05 requesting action related to the maintenance of bleed and lock-up velocities on certain models of ITT Grinnel hydraulic shock and sway suppressors. A review of the repair and inspection records at Oconee Nuclear Station inJ1 cates that there are no suppressors at Oconee Units 1, 2 or 3 with the ser*11 number B-0001 through B-2000.
