Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In response to your letter of January 30, 1978, which forwarded lE Bulletin 18-02 concerning terminal block qualification, a review of the electrical connectors in use at Oconee was performed. There are no unprotected terminal blocks used in safety related systems which must function in the post-accident environment within containment at this station.
