Submitted he-i+h is Supplement 2 to the Startup Report for Oconee Nuclear Sta _t 1, which addresses the period from 2400 hours I January 31, ,*, to 2400 hours April 30, 1974. This supplement is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 6.6.1.1A. On February 14, 1974, Supplement 1 to the Oconee 1 Startup Report was submitted. That supplement addressed unit startup and power escalation testing from 1200 hours October 4, 1973, through 2400 hours January 31, 1974. Transmitted herewith is a revised page Sl.1-1 which correctly 'j reflects the period covered by Supplement 1. The existing page Sl.1-1 should be removed and the revised page inserted. 1.1 INTRODUCTION

On November 16, 1973, the Startup Report for Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 1, was submitted. The report addressed unit startup and power escalation testing through 1200 hours, October 4, 1973. At that time, all or part of several power escalation tests remained to be completed. This supplement is prepared and submitted with regard to those tests completed after the above date and prior to 2400 hours, February 28, 1974.
