Dear Mr. Case:
Our letta.r of October 31, 1977 informed you of our intentions to provide a commitment for implementation of modifications to the Monthly Operating Report.
The contents of the Monthly Operating Report will be revised starting in January, 1978 to utilize the forms provided by your letter and will include a narrdtive summary of operating experience including major safety related maintenance.
A narrative summary of operating experience for the calendar year 1977 will be submitted by April 1, 1978.
Supplements to provide missing data for the 1977 report will be provided as requested by your office.
