Dear Dr. Walska:
1 The Atomic Energy Cocnission has issued an Order Extending the Provisional Construction Permit Completion Data for Duke Power Company's Oconee Nuclear Station Unit 1.
In lieu of the completion date of January 31, 1972, the latest completion date has been extended to June 30, 1972.
Three copies of the Courtission's Order are enclosed for tite information of the Military Liaison Cornittee.
