We have issued Facility Operating License No. DPR-38 to the Duke Power Cocpany. The license authorized Duke Power Company to operate the Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 1 at 2568 ragawatts thernal in accordance with Appendices A and B of the Technical Specifications.
