Dear Mr. Rusche:
My letter of July 2, 1976 provided a summary of provisions intended to improve the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station security program.
Specifically, Item 2 committed to providing ballast for a six foot width on either side of the Oconee Nuclear Stacion security fence. This work is presently in progress and should be completed by Au st 13, 1976, instead of July 30, 1976 as previously stated.
