Important licensing considerations associated with refueling, e.g.,

new or different fuel design or supplier, unreviewed design or performance analysis methods.significant changes in fuel design, new operating procedures.

The only important licensing consideration anticipated in the near. future would relate to the use of a small-number of test pins or demonstration assemblies such as the Babcock and Wilcox Mark C (17 x 17) assembly, in Oconee 2.
