Dear Mr. Moseley:
As requested by Regulatory Operations Bulletin No. 74-6, we have conducted a design review of the safety systems at the Oconee and McGuire Nuclear Stations and have determined that no Westinghouse W-2 type control switches with " pull-to-lock" features are utilized at these stations. We have, therefore, concluded that no further action is required.
