Dear Mr. Giambusso:
By separate letter, dated January 15, 1975, we are requesting changes to reporting requirements in the Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specifications, Appendix A to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-38, -47, and -55.
Included in these proposed revisions is a change to the reporting requirements in Specification 4.2.8 concerning reactor vessel specimen surveillance.
This change supersedes the proposed revision of Specification 4.2.8 requested in my letter of November 12, 1974.
Therefore, it is requested that my letter of November 12, 1974 l
be rescinded, and no further action be taken with regard to that request for change.
