Dear Mr. Giambusso:

By separate letter, dated January 15, 1975, we are requesting changes to reporting requirements in the Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specifications, Appendix A to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-38, -47, I and -55. Included in these proposed revisions is a change to the reporting requirements in Specification 4.2.8 concerning reactor vessel specimen surveillance. This change supersedes the proposed revision of Specification 4.2.8 requested in my letter of November 12,  ;

1974. Therefore, it is requested that my letter of November 12, 1974 l be rescinded, and no further action be taken with regard to that request for change.
