Dear Mr. Case:
My letter of July 21, 1977 reported that the design of the Oconee e=ergency pcwer syste= has capabilities and protective features equivalent to those presented in the staff position in your letter of June 3, 1977. Additionally, your letter requested a proposed a=end=ent to incorporate Technical Specifi-cations comparable to those in the staff position. Accordingly, and pursuant to 10CFR50, 550.90, please find attached a proposed a=end=ent to the Oconee Nuclear Station Facility Operating I.icense. This change revises sections of the Auxiliary Electrical Syste=s and E=ergency Power Periodic Testing Technical Specifications. It includes the li=iting conditions for operation and the surveillance requirements for the startup source voltage =cnitors, along with a =odification to the on-site power c:urce testing require =ents. Please note that the attached pages have been revised to include the changes that had been previously sub=itted as a proposed a=end=ent in =y letter of Septa =ber 29, 1977.
