Dear Mr. Case:
My letter of May 16, 1978 requested the NRC review and concur with the instal-lation of a limited number of tube sleeves in the steam generators at Oconee Nuclear Station.
The required license fee was inadvertently not submitted.
In this regard, please find attached a check in the amount of $4,800 which represents the fee for one Class III and two Class I license fees as the request involves the review of a single safety issue.
