Dear Fir:
In letters dated April 11 and May 8, 1978, requests for relief from certain ASME Section XI testing requirements were submitted.
The required license fee was inadvertently omitted from these requests.
In as much as these requests supplement our original submittals on the Oconee Inservice Inspection and Testing programs, and pursuant to 10CFR 170, 5170.27, please find attached a check in the amount of $4,800.
This amount represents one Class III approval fee for Unit 1 and two Class I approval fees for Units 2 and 3.
This amount is based on te determination that the requests involve a single safety issue with duplicate approvals required for two identical units.
