Duke Power Company is filing herewith Amendment No.11 to its Application for Licenses for the Oconce Nuclear Station, which is under construction pursuant to provisional construction permits CPPR-33, ~34, and -35 issued This filing includes three (3) by the Commission on November 6, 1967.
(70) signed original copics of the Amendment with attachments, and seventy copies of Revision No.
was filed as Amendment No. 7 on June 2,1969.
This Amendment also incorporates by reference, as part of our license appli-cat. ion, Babcock & Wilcox Topical Report BAW-10010, Part 2, " Stability Margin for Xenon Oscillations - One-Dimensional Digital Analysis," dated February, 1970, which has been submitted to you by Babcock & wilcox.
The Amendment is in a format designed to keep current the application the Final Safety Analysis Report.
insert the revised pages as replacements for existing pages in the seventy-(Serial-Nos. 1-73),
three (73) copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report as per the attached tabulation identified as FSAR Revision No. 4.
FSAR Supplement 1 (Part of FSAR Revision No. 4) includes the information f
requested by the questions contained in Dr. Peter A. Morris's letters o November 28, 1969 and February 13, 1970. Where feasible, the information requested has been incorporated into the appropriate sections of the FSAR.
The Supplement tabulates the questions in the same format as the Director letters, giving the information or the reference where it is contained in the FSAR.
