Duke Power Company is filing herewith Amendment No. 8 to its Application

for Licenses for the Oconee Nuclear Station, which is under construction pursuant to provisional construction permits CPPR-33, -34, and -35 issued by the Commission on November 6, 1967.
This filing includes three (3) signed original copies of the Amendment, nineteen (19) conformed copies of revised cost estimate for the Oconee Nuclear Station, which was ori-ginally filed as page 4 of Amendment No. 3, and seventy (70) copies of Revision No. 1 to the Oconee Final Safety Analysis Report, which was filed as Amendment No. 7 on June 2, 1969.
This Amendment also incorporates by reference, as part of our license ap-i plication, the following Babcock & Wilcox Topical Reports which have been submitted to you by Babcock & Wilcox:

Appendix 1C, " Systems Design Criteria," consisting of tables of contents, ten (10) pages, and nineteen (19) figures. These figures are identical to the corresponding system drawings as found in the appropriate sections of the FSAR, except for the addition of system piping class delineations.
