Regulatory FHe Cy, Duke Power Company is filing herewith Amendment No. 13 to its Application for Licenses for the Oconee Nuclear Station, which is under construction pursuant to provisional construction permits CPPR-33, -34, and-35 issued by the Commis-sion on November 6,1967.
This filing includes three (3) signed original copies of the Amendment with attachments, seventy (70) copies of the Duke of Piping Systems for Oconee 1, 2, 3, dated June 5,1970, copies of Revision No.

" Computer Codes and Methods Used in Performing LOCA Analyses," dated June which have been submitted to you by Babcock & Wilcox.

Please add the supplementary material and insert the revised pages as replacements for existing pages in the seventy-three (73) copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report attached tabulation identified as FSAR Revision No. 6.(Serial Nos.1-73), as per the FSAR Supplement 3 (Part of FSAR Revision No. 6) responds to the questions attached to Dr. Peter A. Morris's letters of March 3, March 27, and April 22, 1970; includes references to information supplementing previous answers to questions and also identifies additional information voluntarily submitted.4.9 feasible, the information has been incorporated into the appropriate sections Where of the FSAR.
The Supplement tabulates the questions in the same format as the Director's letters, giving the information or the reference where it is found.

This Amendment No.13 incorporates the following document appended hereto and made a part hereof:
- 1) Duke Power Company Engineering Department Design Report File No. OS-27B, " Static Method of Seismic Analysis of Piping Systems for Oconee 1, 2, 3,"
dated June 5,1970.
- 2) Revision No. 6 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
This Revision No. 6 includes FSAR Supplement 3 and Sub-stitution and Supplementary pages as indicated to cover various changes and corrections in the Final Safety Analysis Report. The purpose of FSAR Supplement 3 (Part of FSAR Revision No. 6) is to provide and identify the additional information submitted in response to questions contained in letters from Dr. Peter A. Morris, Director, Division of Reactor Licensing, dated February 13,1970, March 3,1970, March 27,1970, and April 22, 1970, and other additional information voluntarily submitted by Applicant.
