THAT on or about 12:15
- p. m. of June 6 1969, he did deposit in the U. S. mail a document entitled " Amendment No. 7 to Application for Licenses" partaining to the Duke
- Power Company Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit Nos.1, 2 and 3; that this document was properly stamped and addressed to the Honorable Reese A. Hubbard, County Supervisor of Oconee County, South Carolina; and further that said Amendment No. 7 includes the Final Safety Analysis Report required by 10 C.F.R. 50. 34(b).
