l STATE OF NORTH CAROUNA COUNTY OF MECKLENBURG BEFORE ME, this day personally appeared W. 8. LEE, Vice Framme of Duke Power Company, who, first duly sworn, deposes and says:
THAT ca or about 11:00 a.m. of April 18, 1967, he did deposit in the U. S. mail a document entitled "amandment No. 2 to Application for Licenses" pertaining to the Duke Power Company Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit Nos. I and 2 (Docket Nos. 50-269 and 270); that this document was properly stamped and addressed to the Hoecrable Reese A. Hubbard, County Supervisor of Oconee County, South Carniina; and facther that the following documents were appended to said " Amendment M. 2 to Applicatice for Tle===es" and made a part thereof:
- a. Errata Sheets and substitution and supplementary pages indicating various changes and corrections to portions of the Prela=t==y Safety Analysis Report.
