Enclosed are three copies of an Affidavit of Service per-taining to the application for licenses of Duke Power Company filed with the Commission on December 1, 1966, including a Preliminary Safety Analysis Report in two volumes.
This application was served on Mr. Reese A. Hubbard, County Supervisor of Oconee Cot nty in South Carolina, in accordance with the provisions of the Commir.,sion's Regulations, Section 2.101.
Mr. Eubbard is the chief executive of Oconee County.

W. S. LEE, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that:

He is Vice President of Duke Power Company; 2.
On or about 2:00 p.m. on December 1, 1966, he did cause to be deposited in the United States Registered Mail one copy of each of the following documents:
(a) Application for Licenses Under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 As Amended of Duke Power Company dated November 28, 1966, and filed with the Atomic Energy Commission on December 1, 1966 in Docket Nos. 50-269 and 50-270; (b) Duke Power Company Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1
& 2, Preliminary Safety Analysis Report, in two volumes.
3.
Said documents were properly stamped and addressed to the Honorable Reese A. Hubbard, County Supervisor of Oconee County, South Carolina.
