Dear Ms. Gayheart:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding alleged discrimination.

The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a former nuclear technician employed by Southern Nuclear Company at Farley Nuclear Plant, was discriminated against and wrongfully terminated for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
