Pursuant to 10 CFR 55a(f)(5)(iii), Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) the operator of Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2 (herein referred to as CPNPP), herewith submits CPNPP Units 1 and 2 lnservice Testing Plan for Pumps and Valves, Third Interval, Revision 3.
The start date of the third interval of the lnservice Test Plan for CPNPP, Units 1 and 2 is August 3,2013 with an end date of August 2, 2023. Revision 3 was effective October 31, 2019. The enclosed CD-ROM contains the CPNPP Units 1 and 2 lnservice Testing Plan for Pumps and Valves, Third Interval, Revision 3.
This communication contains no new commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2.
