APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Florida Power and Light Company License Nos. DPR-31 Turkey Point 3 and 4

& DPR-41 Based on the results of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Conunission inspection conduc-ted on March 1-31, 1980, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:

As indicated in Table 9-1 paragraph C.2.(c) of your February 25, 1977, Fire Hazards Analysis, the fire pump installation complies with NFPA-20.

Contrary to the above, audible or visual alarms at a point of constant attendance which would alarm upon loss of power on the line side of the motor starter were not pr..vided as required by NFPA-20, in the installation of the fire pumps.
