Dear Mr. Denton:
We have, reviewed the requirements for the issuance of a full power Safety Evaluation Report and Operating License amendment.
Our current schedules indicate that we will be able to complete our ef forts to satisfy these requirements by early July,1980.
We intend to keep you informed of any changes in this schedule.
We hope that this will permit a timely review of the full power operating license requirements, thus expediting the issuance of a full power Itcense.
