Thank you for your letter of January 28, 1980, in response to our letter dated December 28, 1979.
With respect to Nctice of Deviations, Item A, no additional informa-tion is required.
We reviewed your corrective actions and preventive measures and documented our findings in report 80-01.
With respect to Notice of Deviations, Item B, we have reviewed your response and conclude that the exclusions of design drawings (or their identification number) from the purchasing documents (i.e., the Prc-curement Specification and/or the Bill of Material) constitutes a deviation from procedural requirements. This matter was discussed w'0h you and Mr. W. E. Meek in depth during inspection 80-01 where it was agreed that you would provide us with the following additional information:

The method and date(s) by which the purchasing documents for Purchase Order SN 10218-SR, and all other orders for safety related items, will be revised to accurately describe the safety related items (e.g. by design drawing numbers) fabricated under the purchase order (s).
