Beci col Power Corporation O' Alvin W.Mr. Karl Seyfrit Vogtle Nuclear Plant Bechtel Job 9510 Possible Significant Deficiency File X7BG03 Page 2 January 29, 1980 Georgia Power Company, the licensee for the Vogtle project, has verbally notified Inspection and Enforcement Region II (Atlanta) of this deficiency under the reporting requirements of 10 CFR 50.55 (e).
It is our present intention to prepare our interim and final reports in a format which will fullfill any Bechtel reporting requirements under 10 CFR 21 and Georgia Power Company reporting requirements under 10 CFR 50.55 (e).
Please furnish any copies of correspondence you may initiate to Mr.
D.
E. Dutton of Georgia Power Company or Mr.
I. R. Caraco of Bechtel - Los Angeles regarding this report to this office.
