dated March 28, 1980.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter.
We concur with your response to item A.1 and withdraw this as
an example of noncompliance.
With regard to item A.2 we concur with your
conclusion that the position of the Technical Assistant to the Plant Manager
need not be shown on the Tech. Spec. Organization Chart, however the remainder
of the noncompliance stands.
